Our Hiring Process
Applications are read by our HR Specialist who is familiar with all our roles, not just the one you applied for.
The first (online) interview allows you to learn more about our company, whilst we get a better sense of your qualifications and motivation to work with us.
You receive a task you can work on from home within a specified period of time. The task depends on the position you applied for.
This is a specialized interview that helps us assess your coding skills and problem-solving abilities in your given field, as well as your personal traits.
The final interview takes place in our office. You will have a chance to talk to your supervisor and get a better understanding of your future projects and tasks.
If you are selected, we will discuss the details of how we'll work together.
